I have a site that is geard towrads helping individuals and businesses obtain unsecured financing. While the site registers 500 - 1000 unique visitors per day and has a page rank of 4, there is an estimated value fron the site well below its real value.

The same site generates 100+ leads per day and those leads are worth $5-$100 each.

Therefore the webiste itself is not worth nearly as much as the leads are. So, the site and the leads it generates, goes hand in hand. Those leads have not been resold and I'm not sure if they would ever be resold. Inless the site was sold for the right price - Everyone has their price, right?

The question that I pose, is what would a bank or financial institution pay for a site like that?

Anyone want to through out any wild guesses?
Anyone in the finance business on this site want to let me know what they beleive it's worth?

    thx,

Its hard to give you an estimate price for your website without looking at your website.
You better put the url,so that i can give you the estimated value.
Normally, financial institute pay not more than 5x of the book value of the site worth
