May i get an advice , my ques is - as i have been working on promotions of hebrew sites.I am working on two channels (FLD's and article submissions )in english dirs but couldnt get a single back link yet, y is it so and can anyone plzzzzzzzzz suggest me that what more channels can be increased to incresae my sites SEO values?

If you're working on building quality backlinks then you should only submit to high quality article sites. Focus on ezinearticles, that's where the traffic and strength is at. Also build yourself a few hubpages at Squidoo and hubpages.com then get some backlinks to those also. If you can exchange links or get link placement from a few relevant authoritative sources that would help you tremendously. That includes directories such as DMOZ and Yahoo as well.
I'm pretty sure I mentioned this in another thread, but if you want your Hebrew pages to rank well you have to get links from related sites that are also written in Hebrew.
