I have sold a script to someone online. He paid me half payment and now refusing to pay more.

I am a seller can I file dispute with him?

I doubt it. If you provided the digital product after they paid half, then you accept the fact that you may not get the rest, and in PayPals eye's its a risk you took. I'm not sure if that's the case, but I believe that would be PayPals POV.

Why would you give him the script if he only paid for half?
