    PR Doesn't really matter anymore, it's your SERP strategy that matters anymore. Get quality content that Google will want to share with others and you will be fine, if your content sucks, then so will your rankings. It's just that easy.

    as long as you are not banned in google, yes you can regain pagerank, just focus on getting high quality higher pagerank linkbacks to your site.

    I agree! PR is just one of the factors that affect SERP. You need to concentrate more on the amount of traffic that you are getting.

    yes, not take a long time until google re-schedule to update their PR, how to...??? you just need update you web/blog coz search engine already know your web, so it doesn't take a long time... :D

    continue your link building campaign... it will be back on the next pr update... but why on losing it, it is not important, just concentrate on improving your traffic...
