Can people leave you negative rep and call you "fucktard" on DP?

That is pretty harsh, negative rep and fu*ktard all at the sametime !

 

there are only 2 types of rep abuse that will get looked into and a user banned,
#1 signing red reps in someone else's name.
#2 racial comments in reps.

both need to have screenshots to back them up and for the signing in others names, you need to get people to post the rep screen shots of the reps they got signed from you, that you never gave.

this is an instant and permanent ban if you are caught, and people are caught doing it, because i had 2 people doing it using my name. both are banned
