Can people do chargeback in Moneybookers?

People can easily do chargeback in Paypal, is that possible in Moneybookers aswell?

I am thinking of selling services, but i dont want the problems of chargebacks, etc.. thats why i need a new payment processing company.

It depends. If the money comes from a stolen credit card then there is a possibility of a chargeback.

YES YOU CAN but not like paypal..

I got into this situation when a seller took $100 without sending out the goods.. a 5 min phone call was enough for moneybookers to give back the amount with in 7 days..!

Liberty Reserve is only digital currency, not an actual payment processor.

This means it is about as reliable as World of Warcraft Gold

moneybookers allow chargeback only if the owner of the card claim that his/her card was stolen and used without permisson... but other case moneybookers dont allow chargeback... nor they allow to setup dispute like paypal... but many buyers still like to use paypal... i switch my busniess to moneybookers and in one month i can only get 2 sale which is around $40.... so i have to swtich back to paypal... but because now i use some of my secret tricks and i haven't face a fraud so far on paypal.... nor i allow chargeback... yes i mean they cant chargeback from me unless i allow it.. lmao.... anyway moneybookers is a good choice to avoid frauds and scammers as they have best fraud protection then paypal....

Yeap many customer do secret ticks. On getting order they send Confirmation letter to the sender's shipping address by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/INDIAPOST/US MAIL and on getting chargeback they show delivery was already made to the address :)

This protects merchant from Chargeback almost 95% times.

People can try and file a dispute on a "digital item" or service offered through Paypal, but the dispute won't go anywhere. I had someone who required scripting services and accepted the work (code) and then paid in full. He later filled a chargeback with bogus reasons and Paypal stepped in and closed it due to it being a digital item.

Yes, but it is the seller who is not protected under SPP for digital items.
In other words, the onus is always on the seller to prove delivery of an item
through specific acceptable means ie. Delivery Confirmation via postal services.

If you did not have the funds reversed out of your account, consider yourself
fortunate. There may have been some other reason why PayPal chose
    to shut down that charge-back/dispute.
My guess would be that their account showed unusually high charge-back/dispute activity.
Otherwise, the usual action is for PayPal to reverse the payment, leaving
you, the seller to eat the losses, regardless of what evidence you might be able to show -aside from Delivery Confirmation.

As for Moneybookers, it is as Nitinleew quoted. Moneybookers will absorb charge-backs unless your account
shows an unusual number of them, as determined by Moneybookers + they reserve the right to take away
    this protection.
