Can Paypal take money out of my bank account if I have a verified Bank Account?

    You would have to sign an agreement (electronic or physical) to have them debit your bank account for recurring payments, debt owed, etc. If you have signed up for a recurring payment to a website using paypal and you signed up using instant transfer, then more than likely you will get debited from your bank account for any amount owed to that merchant...other than that, they can't mess with your bank account.

    As per my knowledge, there are nothing such agreement through any Bank & PayPal, nor in PayPal itself.

    it can deposit in your bank account. You can link some bank accounts to withdraw from your PayPal. When Spending, PayPal can only take from your CreditCard. And there is a Limit in the number of credit cards. So do not change the credit card number often, it will put your account on hold if you change the credit card many number of times.

    No, it is not possible that Paypal can deduct your money. Paypal is very good services for sending money overseas, paying bills & receiving money.
