Well, i am about to buy something from someone online using Paypal. I am not 100% sure that they will deliver the product or it will be what it states to be. So lets say i pay him, and i dont receive the product or something has been damaged, or i have been simply scammed. Can Paypal protect me, and can i get my money back "easily" ?
ofcourse you dont have to worry when you are dealing with paypal... its the quite safest of all the online platforms for buyers...
Can Paypal protects you! That's pretty unlikely. Read the thread of people being scammed here. But if you wanna buy something that cost you a few dollars then it might be safe. Beware though - of chargeback.
it has to be tangible and legal product to ask for refund. And paypal requires you to talk to the seller first and get screenshots and open dispute with them.
Paypal protects no one, they will ask for evidence and assess the evidence before deciding. More of arbitrator.
welcome to life. i get scammed alot. but the precentage of scammers to real people is very low. so dont worry that much. check user feedback
paypal doesnt protect you from anything, they can chargeback and leave you hopeless if its a script/not a physical item. Or they can chargeback, ship an empty box back for whatever they bought, and have shipping info ! LOL This has happened with a Rolex watch before. Tyler
