Well on Friday I purchased a US Bank verify here on DP. My Paypal account was limited and I have no way of adding a bank to confirm. I called Paypal atleast 10 times. They keep telling me I need to add a bank after I tell them 100 times that I don't have a bank. I basically want my cash. They also have taken and held my last 20 transactions so I have quite a few peed off people :-(. So is there anyways I can get my cash back?
