Can paypal gift payments be disputed ??

    I read somewhere that payments sent as gifts cannot be disputed. Is that true?

    it can be ... as illegal and unauthorise payment , it can b disputed. sender can say , he havnt transferred . some one hacked and did ...

    Sure a person can just do a chargeback and say that the charge was not authorized or that their paypal account was hacked

    Any kind of payments can be disputed,even mass payments,disputes are easy to win especially if if u paid via credit card.
