I just wanted to ask that -
Can paypal freeze any account for getting more gifts?

As mostly i asks people to give me payment as a gift to escape their fees.

Yes. If it is a payment is not actually a gift, all it takes is 1 time.

Yes, if you receive gift payment frequently in your account then paypal may limit your account. Also ask you for the source and reason of this payment.

Well, if there is nothing written in subject then there are very less chances of getting your account limited. :)
    You can use it.

Yes I dont think it would take them long to figure it out.

Even if you do get away with it... I think it is better not to take the risk.

One day they may decide to ban all the abusers...

Regardless your transaction, they may be ask at anytime, just as per their security measures. They do not spare anyone. even after 2 years.

What you are doing is called stealing. Eventually, you will get caught and thrown off of PayPal. PayPal charges fees so they can continue to offer the services that they do. When people steal from them it effects all of us, as fees will eventually rise because of it. Every serious businessman pays fees to a merchant account, paypal, bank, etc. Why do you feel special enough that you don't have to pay these fees? Maybe your customers should figure out a way of getting your products for free. how would that feel?

Worst come to worst, they will limit it for 180 days.

PayPal can freeze any account they like, at any time, for whatever reason. It's a risk we all take if we want to use it.

They will permanently ban your account if you are doing something against their TOS. You'll get a 6 month limit and then the account will be permanently held so that you cannot use it or open another under the same name.
