To make an answer short: No paypal wont take the funds but good chances are that you will get limited.

And also some dude in the thread asked you to close your account. YOU CANT CLOSE A ACCOUNT THAT HAS A NEGATIVE BALANCE.

any person can have a paypal regardless of their ip etc.. and all the persons in a household can have a paypal.

Paypal is as vicious as the people trying to scam them. U know ur in the wrong forum anyway. Most people here are scared of paypal, just like they are of google. I'm not promoting scamming them, but I feel that people should be aware that the biggest scammers are the huge corporations. The difference is that they continue to get away with it. Haliburton for example is involved with the slave trade in 3rd world countries. Google is well known for closing accounts when they get near the $100 account. Tell me really, what happens to these companies. Where are the handcuffs and the lawsuits? Non existent. And if you think Paypal (Barclays) is clean, you have to be out of your mind.
