I have this situation where money is in USD. I am based in Europe so I uses Euro. Will the USD auto convert to my Euro into my account?
I think you want convert your money when you will withdraw to your bank account. This will be automatically converted and will be deposited to your bank account. Don't worry.
You don't have to do any conversion manually, as PayPal only allows to withdraw in your national currency (or, to a bank in USA).
I think when you get money in other currency paypal will convert automatically to your default currency you dont have to convert it manually
3 people above said the exact same thing and all of them are half-brained. Yes, PayPal does allow you to convert currency inside your account, without withdrawing the money. Just go into your profile and add a currency, then use the converter tool.
I was paid from a different country with paypal. It was an automated process, but there were fees associated with changing the currency and accepting the payment. It cost me about four usd to recieve fifty usd from .. the Netherlands.
Perhaps if you've read OPs question, you should now call yourself half-brained. He didn't ask about converting the money without withdrawing it.
Paypal will not auto convert the money currency. However, you can convert the money currency manually If you want to know how to convert the currency, you can refer to https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/m...&countrycode=SG&cmd=_help&serverInstance=9002 For more information about the currency, refer to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/sell/mc/mc_convert-outside
You can open them in 2 currency and if needed you can withdraw in USD or EUR as per the exchange rate on the date.
I believe paypal will show you the amount of money sent to you still in USD however you will have the option to convert it to your currency. No worries too if you're going to withdraw them to your bank since it will allow you withdraw it with no worries.
