    Can Paypal be used in sites covering Escorts?

    Is it considered to be adult?
    The idea of accepting payment is for adding link of escort sites on a escort directory

    Paypal had stopped working with escort a few years ago. Epassporte and wire is the only way to get paid of escort.

    Zack, you can use Paypal for escort ads. Dont worry. But , dont put the Paypal logo on the webpage. Just write that you will accept paypal and the instructions for the payment send by email. Paypal can`t do anything against you and you can receive money without problems.
    And if someone will claim to Paypal, please to think that all people (buyers or sellers) should not use this service to sell or buy something in the adult industry. If your account will be suspended (as seller), the same thing will happen with the one who buys you.
    Now the conclusion: you think like a buyer will report to Paypal? Risk that his account is suspended...

    I think it's more likely someone will illegally and without consent use their account to make a payment, therefore why would they care about accounts being suspended? They'll want their money back and with an industry that frequently extends to prostitution etc i wouldn't be surprised if this happened extremely quickly.

    koda10,I was thinking the same.
    im not going to sell anykind of adult services.

    I would accpet the payment & list the site on my directory.Although i think it escorts are something forbidden by paypal.

    But anyway im going to ask Paypal directly and update this thread

    setup a "GOOD-AS-GOLD" credits system in another website. allow paypal there to buy credits or food coupons and gift certs.

    and our escort website accepts "GOOD-as-GOLD" nothing to do with paypal. but hungry minds will find their way through paypal.

    anyone setup like this? may be i am creating one now ;)
