Can paypal automaticly get money out of my bank?

    So my paypal account is limited with ~$300 on it , Ebay wants to get $50 seller fees from me but I cant pay it with my paypal account and they cant withraw it from my paypal account (funny how ebay and paypal are the same company) , is there any change paypal can automaticly withdraw the $50 from my bank account?

    They cannot withdraw the funds from your bank.but I think they will send you an email

    As already said, i had a nightmare.
    paypal cannot touch your bank funds (not sure for USA people)
    They do send reminder mails about it

    Why dont you pay fee ? they will freeze you forever .

    They can not withdraw they can deposit only .

    Becouse they are thiefs, they stole my $300, yet they also want $50 from me for fees. Not like I am poor, I can pay the $50 easy , but I just refuse it.
