I"m looking into buying some .ca domains, but it looks like CIRCA requires a Canadian address and phone #.

Can non-Canadian residents buy .ca domains. And if so, how do you get around the requirement for a Canadian address and phone #?

You can use a foreign address if you are a Canadian citizen living abroad.

Some registrar offers the use of their mailing address to get around the rule. Apart from Canadian Citizens and companies who are based in Canada, the Queen of England is the only person who does not need to reside in Canada to register a domain name.
