Can ONE Person Dominate a results page?

    Hi.

I was wondering if it is possible to dominate the entire 10 results on a search page.

If I buy 10 different domain names and target them all for the same keyword but with unique (different) content will this be possible?

That will be really hard.. A lot of work at backend will be required.

As said, that would be difficult.
However what I noticed is that a site as Kieskeurig.nl dominates always the first page when I search for a product!

Kieskeurig is a site which holds products and where people can give reviews / comment on that product.
Also it shows a list of shops which have that product with the shop price of that shop.

I wonder how they do that ?

It is definitely possible but requires a lot of hard work. You have to work with the onpage as well as off page factors of each site and have to get relevant backlinks for each of them. Depending on the competition of the keyword its going to be a time taking process. Just do the basics right for each of the site and then you never know you might get what you want.

It all depends on your target market and your competition.

If you have an easy niche and get some good content specific sites up on various different domains, then probably an achievable task - you can even cross link sites if the links are appropriate to give each site a boost as well

If targetting a harder market (such as finance) then unless you have deep deep pockets then probably impossible!

The only advice i can give is, buy some domains and try it!

You could only really do this successfully with one of keywords, and the keywords couldn't be too popular.

I really think such thing can not happen. One person holding all positions in top 10? I think its not possible.

It depends on how competitive is the keyword you are trying to work with.
If its something easy, its possible ot do it, but if it is a hard word (much competition) is doeable, but really really really difficult.

Also, what the point? Why not trying only to get the #1?

I do it for many keywords, some are competitive and I have not done a days SEO work on them. The day I do will be the death of my competitors.

And to top it off my domains are all on the same C class IP. I have over 1000 domains.

The only difference is my sites are used by the general public and are not just spam sites.

It's possible but difficult - lot's of work on many sites. Having 3 or 4 positions on page 1 is certainly achievable without too much effort.

Hire some writers for other blogs. Make sure you have different ip for every website. Lot of investment
