can one help me ..how to remove the apache, mysql services from windows..

can any one help me ..how to remove the apache, mysql services from windows.. i have a problem on installing otrs in my system because of apache and mysql.. i uninstall everything and deleted folders from my system... then when i try to install otrs2.1 it is saying that.. apache, mysql, perl or cron are running. uninstall them n try to install again.. this my problem.. can anyone help me removeing the apache and mysql services from windows..

stop the services via services.msc also you can kill the processes

 

go to task manager n see if u can see apache in running process kill it if u can

 

how to kill.. there is no apache and mysql files anywhere.. i deleted everything after uninstalltion.. but the apache and mysql are in the servies.. and i cannot remove or delete from the services.. when i install a software.. it says u have installed service apache2..uninstall apcahe mysql perl cron.........i goingmad... ui cant do reinstall the windows.. help me guys...

 

did u install apache n stuff manually or xampp ??

 

Just click each and select stop and then disable.Also disable task sc. till everything is ok.
