Can oDesk Card be used to Fund Adcenter for Macedonians

    Hi,

    Anyone been successful funding Adcenter using the www.odesk.com Card ?

    One of my freelancers is from Macedonia and apparently this odesk card is the only solution for him online... could it works on Adcenter ? and what about Adwords ?
