Can not park .com.co domains from cPanel

    Hello All,

    I am trying to park .com.co domains in Cpanel. But I am receiving the below mentioned error. Could you please help and tell me the cause of an error ??

    Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

    I assume that you have checked the nameservers for the domain and they point to the correct IP's for your cpanel parking setup?

    Is it a valid domain name? Do you have reseller or root privillages?
    There's a setting in WHM which checks nameservers and things before adding new account to the server which blocks bogus domains being added.
