I'm a long-time Yahoo user with a username and password that I remember clearly. All of a sudden I couldn't log in with them. So, I clicked on the option that says something like "forgot password", filled out all their security information, and received a new password in the mail from Yahoo. But it doesn't work! I've tried and tried to log in using the old and new passwords. I can NOT get in and there is NO way I can get any sort of live help, chat help, nor send an email to customer support! I'm understandably quite frustrated. If anyone has any suggestions or any idea of how to report this to someone who cares in Yahoo I'd really appreciate some assistance. Thank you very much in advance. Mike
Never mind. It seems that Yahoo requires cookies and says nothing if your cookies are turned off...it just refuses you. Mike
Yahoo now monitors those who are active and who are not... If you are not active within a period time the yahoo will reactivate you account and all your previous email are deleted.. Al you have to do is go to yahoo link https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot?login=&intl=us&done=http://mail.yahoo.com&src=ym&bail= then there are questions you will answers if that fail... Just create another email.. I suggest make an email address on gmail.com (google mail). In this gmail you can store many files as much as you want...
