Can not have new Adwords account after terminated.

After Adwords ban my account by mistake display url policy. I can not register new one anymore. Please help me how I get new account.

I believe you can signup for a new account with the following;

Your friends name, not yours
Different billing address
Different computer
Different email / ip address
and different domain, maybe different server too

However I'm not exactly sure, you should try to straighten this out with Google adwords directly instead of trying to get through loopholes.

 

I did all that to complete the billing steps for my new account. Strangely after that, I notice that instead of the initial $5, Google only debit $1 from my bank account. However, I did get a few "disapproved ads" emails from them for "inaccurate URLs". So I made the changes. But on the last one, I made the mistake of logging in from my computer instead, which was the IP address that they had banned me from my other accounts.

Shortly after that I no longer received any more emails from them. All of my ads are shown as active, but nothing runs... just a complete silence from them. And the $1 debit mysteriously disappeared from my account statement. Could this be because their system redflagged me internally after I logged in from my computer?

 

Can you elaborate on exactly what you did to get banned?

 

I also forgot to mention that I originally got banned from my previous accounts for chargebacks a few years ago.
