Can not add VISA for Paypal

    I register 1 acc paypal in 2009, and sent, request a little money. But Nov 6 2010 my account was limited. After, i don't continue use paypal. Now, I want use paypal and unlimit my account. I was completed all task for unlimit, but i can't add my VISA for complete all and unlimit my account. They said: Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.

    I wish Paypal support my problem for i can unlimit my account. Please help me! Thank all!

    I suggest you to contact PayPal official support. There you can get better answer in less time.
