Can not add funds to account

    I can not add funds to my account via the "add funds" menu.

    Here is the error text
    Your payment can't be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again.

    Can you please fix it or give me a direct link to make a payment?

    That message is relayed from PayPal (not sure anything about it beyond what PayPal gives there). I remember someone having a similar issue on their PayPal account and it turned out to be that they had not verified their PayPal account/email yet. Can you double check that your PayPal account is verified and with a verified email address on it?

    Yes, our paypal account and email are verified. All other payments and subscriptions are working fine.

    Is there any other possible reasons?
