Can not access site

I can not access a new domain and hosting account although others can i cant from this computer. I did for 1 day and now its blocked for some reason.

Firefox can't find the server at ....
Same in IE.

Firewall is turned off, hosts file is ok

I can access with a proxy site and checked cpanel for any ip's that are blocked and its clear.

What do you think it could be?

If you can access the cPanel, then your IP is not blocked from the server. I would wait 72 maximum. I would also ping the IP

 

I can only access cpanel through a proxy site. It has also been over 72 hours from purchase now and the host says its something my end blocking access.

 

Maybe your host is using ssl on cpanel and your isp has blocked specific port..

I have many hosting plans with the same host i can access all of them apart from this one. It must be the domain that is the issue, its blocked somehow.

Maybe they have multiple servers..Normally, firewalls blocks your ip and then you cannot acess cpanel and whm.

It was my ISP blocking access so i switched and now it works.

I was right .Actually, i had same issue before...my isp was blocking a webmail port and then i tried via different isp and it worked..
