Can not Access Google today

I can not access Google.de today.

This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://www.google.de/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.


This happened before a couple Weeks ago. Anyone having similar Problems. What could it be? My ISP? I'm in Germany and my ISP is Vadafone/Arcor

 

I can access it fine!

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Also, open up a command line, type: ping google.de

If all is well, you should get an IP address.

If you do, write it down, and put that in your browsers address bar. This should rule out an issue with your DNS settings, however if you can access DP, I am guessing the DNS settings are okay!

I would think clearing your cache would work

which cache? I cleaned the browser cache. I also tried another browser and I rebooted my DSL Router.
Now I can not access google.com as well. Also the Program Google Earth gives an error message.

And a Million other Sites are loading very slow, because they have Google Codes on their Sites (Adsense, Analytics, etc)

 

Works brilliant! But before when I have problems with google I use proxies. I dont often experience this with google though but with other forums i use to post in.
