Can Non-Profit Websites use Adsense?

I have a non-profit website, and was considering using Google Adsense. I wanted to know whether or not that would give rise to legal/tax issues? Does anyone know for sure, if non-profit sites are allowed to use Adsense?

    Your inputs are appreciated.

    Thanks

Well obviously my intentions are good and use any income for the benefit of the non-profit organization. and of course it would be reported on any tax form. I was just concerned about whether or not non-profits can have adsense at all..

    Thanks

google does not specifically disallow non-profits, no.

but again... depending on what you do with the money you could end up in trouble with the IRS, not google.
