Try to remain active here to develop relationship with other DP members. If you have knowledge in any area such as design,coding,writting service,forums posting,directory submissions etc. then you can easily earn so many bucks here. DON.
on dp specifically you could make money from entering your pub id (most likely wont get you much) or you could sell articles in the marketplace

You should try content creation.The best job for newbie is forum posting.You can start with forum posting.
you don't need high internet speed to earn money online. From the first post you made here i've seen your english is pretty decent so you could start taking content creation jobs, forum posting & stuff that could help you earn dollars online. You can find a lot of jobs in the buy,sell or trade are at services or content creation.
Keep your eyes and mind open and you can make money. It would require hard work and application of lots of common sense.
Since you are a newbie, you can make something by participating in forum discussion and earn from selling signature links. Meanwhile as you go around, take up the opportunity to learn what you've read and then advance from there.
You can try to offer services like forum posting or article writing in the Content Creation section. After sometime, you can also offer signature links and avatar for some money.
