    well couldn't find a better place so asking here. I could have asked this on vB forum as well but wanted DP member's opinion :)

    I am looking to buy vB but don't have enough money so I am selling one of my sites. The idea is that the buyer can buy vB for me. Is this allowable ? I am concerned as I may be denied with future upgrades or help from vB. What do you say ?

    Yes Your client can buy VB license for you and then transfer it for you or buy on your name. and pass you on the login details.
    you will be able to change password. and download updates/upgrades for one year, after which you would be needed to pay 30$ more to continue receiving further downloads.
