Can Money be transferred between 2 Paypal Indian Accounts?

    Hi!!

    Can money in INR be transferred between 2 Indian Paypal Accounts?
    If so please advice / guide as what steps one has to incorporate to enable the same as everytime I try there is an error message coming up.

    What is the error message you are getting?

    And how do you have funds in paypal, for over 1 and a half years, in India?
    In India, paypal is supposed to withdraw everything to your linked bank account, within 24 hours.

    Paypal stop india to india money transfer .... Paypal announce few months before .... You can get international payment but not from india.

    If you will try to send payment through paypal to any other indian paypal account then you will see that this person not allow to recieve payment.

    In other words, PP had to give up a lucrative business because they either couldn't or wouldn't comply with Indian laws.
