can merchants offer coupons with paypal?

    i am a paypal merchant. is there a place where i can create coupons on the paypal website? i can't find it ( i can hardly ever find whatever i need on paypal...)

    Nope no way to setup coupons with paypal (to the best of my knowledge) I think you need to go for a payment processor like ejunkie they allow coupons and stuff like that and it all goes through paypal.

    use a shopping cart and issue coupens which will modify the total before a user leave ur site.
