I'm a 14 year old. After coming from school, I feel as if I don't have a single ounce of energy to do anything. Do you think that doing Meditation will make me feel re-energinzed? If so, can you please give me some tips on meditation? Thank you.
At that age, you should be absolutely full of energy. You're like that either because you are ill or you are very, very lazy and your metabolism has learnt that it doesn't have to produce much energy on a daily basis. Which is it? If the first one, you should see a doctor. If the second one, you should stop being so lazy and get down to some after-school activities. Meditation will not generate energy. Its purpose is to align mind and body, and to stimulate relaxation.
You can always search out more info and resource in the net. One which I recently came across is this one. Other than meditation, psychologically try to motivate yourself and set a path and target to achieve something in life. Hope that helps.
at 14 you should be meditating to slow yourself down,less junk food and more fruite and greens,meditating is a art sitting cross legged with finger an thumb joined is not meditating although most western meditators feel it is,your time better served doing homework.
