    yes its allowed as long as you can manage address. coz Adsense won't allow you to sign up if you and your wife input same address... I might be wrong... :)

    From one IP, you are opening 2 google adsense accounts ! i think its risky one; if google found it , they will banned it.

    its totally ok. in my university some of my friends have adsense account.when i go to my university then i always check my account from there. i don't think it will create any problem. from my personal experience.
