Can me and my wife have 2 adsense accounts and log in with the same ip ?

As the title, I have an adsense account now, and my wife wants to make herself a baby website and learn how to make some income for herself. But since we are living together and share 1 internet . Does anyone know if i will receive any problem from google if i do this ?

 

Hi there- I don't think it will be a problem. I have the same scenario where I made a site for my mother - and then she has the adsense earnings from another mail , yet I am usually the person that logs in

 

No, you are not allowed to do this. What I recommend is both of the following:
1) make each of her adsense ads on a channel named by her site
2. Seek Marriage counseling if you really need seperate accounts

 

I don't see why you can't do it, you can have mutiple accounts yourself if they are for separate business identities and you have one IP that way too. I always get tempted by this option as I have sites so different I have issues with the competitive ad filter being pretty much useless.

I'd share though, baby websites are usually low earnings and last thing you want is her being miffed that after a year she still can't get out her $87.43

I didnt know baby stuffs web is making bad money , If it is bad , can anyone tell me how bad is it ? , like 1c per click or what ?

For my banner, about 33c a click this month. But then in the last day, I've had my top-left unit (which behaves considerably worse than the header banner, go figure) get around 6000 impressions, 1 click, 3 cents.

By contrast, one of my other sites averages $2 a cick and my lower traffic children's site averages 20c.

 

Oh , this is Low , but my wife told me she is doing research for baby things everyday anyways . so it will be easy to for her just make a WP site , hope she can make back her domain fee .

 

u need 2 computers , and change ip after checking 1 account and then check 2nd ad sense account

 

I don't think there would be any problem.Anyway if you still get scared then simply change your ip.

I guess there is no problem in accessing any number of Adsense accounts from the same computer/same IP address. IP matters only during the registration and nowadays even that isn't considered as a big criteria.

 

Yes you can have 2 accounts, I have 2 also. One on my brothers name and one on my name at the same postal address.

It depends on what country you are in. In some countries (like USA or UK) Google allows more than one AdSense account per mailing address.

In other countries (like India), Google only allows one AdSense account per mailing address.

I'm still in favour of sharing the account, but I might be biased.

I have ads in my ID on two sites techically owned by people who are not me - my partner and my father. The sites are all on the same hosting account, I pay for their hosting and domain registration and both their sites earn < $5 a month so I consider this a fair tradeoff

 

I tired put my ID on someone else site too , but i was just stupid. Believe those Chinese in china was not very smart. just scammed and account cancel by Google. Thats why i am very careful now.
