your Local IP is never the reason for a Ban, instead it just tells them if you have multiple accounts.. Having multiple accounts is not a problem as well. The problem is guys try to trick them and game the game and wanna use it just with vouchers without paying a dime.. No matter how hard you try you are gonna get banned sonner or latter ...
