With the advent of internet in the world, the concept of 'cyber law' also gained prominence gradually. The main reason behind the origin of cyber law is the unregulated growth of internet over the years. Now we have financial services like banking on the internet where-in money can be transferred within a given time limit. Unethical practices like hacking private data of the customers, have lead to the need of stringent internet policies, which every user had to follow. Today, almost every country has formulated a set of established cyber laws that offer internet security to businesses and users. One such cyber law that I came across was that of 'Cookies Law' in UK, which forbids websites to save user browsing data without his consent. Can these types of laws make any difference to all the unethical practices being done by hackers? Do you think we need more of these laws to stay safe even on the internet or while shopping online? We often make certain payments on the internet but with a slight doubt in our mind regarding the security level of the concerned websites. Will there be a time when we will be able to make payment without any worry or doubt in our mind?

    Cheers

First of all thank you for your valuable opinion on the above mentioned issue, but I would really appreciate if you could throw some light on your statement! What sort of changes you think can make a difference to the present scenario? Also would you like to share with us the levels of cyber crime are you targeting?
