Can Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress Ever Prevent You From Using their CMS?

Suppose your website's content violated one of their terms of service, can they somehow remotely disable their scripts from running on your website?

I appologize if I'm way off line here but I actually don't know how these content management systems work on the technical end. So before I look into them I wanted this question answered.

I understand that if you have a Wordpress blog for example then obviously it could be terminated but what if my website is independently hosted and I'm only using the open source CMS for Update and Plugin purposes.

No, they cannot remotely disable your site/scripts from working if you're hosting them yourself, they are available under GPL (General Public License) and are open source.

No, they only have control over their site, not yours which is hosted on your site.
