Certainly, I don't want to make an advertising network but I wanna make similar features like of clicksor in password protected area, I want to have private news, public news, help ticket system, display points scored system inside password protected area, Is this all possible in joomla or any other CMS? If so please help me by guiding me what should i do next. eg. which CMS should i use and how (ie tutorials etc) thanks
yeah, you can create public and private areas with joomla. there are related component on official joomla extension site
