    A person can hold 2 or 3 paypal account, using diffrent mail id??? Is this legal?

    1 person is able to register up to 2 accounts with 2 different credit card for verification.

    Also note that the two accounts cannot be the same type. It means 1 personal account + 1 Business/Premier account .

    its possible if you have different credit cards. But then you also ask if its legal. Well no. Legally speaking you can have only 2 accounts in your name as eddy has correctly pointed out.

    If you really need 3 accounts , I would better advise opening the third account in your family member's name like your brother /sister/ mother/ father.

    Btw, why do you need so many different paypal account . Just curious ;)

    well the truth is, after all chargebacks people do on paypal, it really doesnt make any sense keeping a paypal account in your name especially when you're receiving any payments from un-trusted recources.

    the safest would be to use a paypal account in your name and never give that to anyone. use your other fake paypals to receive payments and then move the money into you trusted paypal..simple..
