It can be done but its not simple. Nobody will not guide you in this project. Or maybe you will be lucky... Good luck.

There are actually a TON of theme for real estate already. You just have to find them. Check the main theme sites like themeforest.net. They will cost you probably around $40 but they will be programmed to do what you want.
