Okay so I just got scammed couple grands on
    craigslist
    Code (markup):
that's too late now, however the crook is posting the same ad again... can I have FBI/investigation run check, role play and track him down?

I going to pretend a desperate victim and once he request information using WU.. I can send this to cop or who can role play and setup and trap on him.

    Also, I lived in
    MA
    Code (markup):
    and he's in
    MI
    Code (markup):
I called WU and they gave me the crook pick up location too.. hopefully he'll pick up the same spot again..

Let me know ways (where to get support/investigators) to make this more entertaining and tragic for the scammer.. hopefully cops/FBI willing to help fill a fake WU and set up a trap.. once he come for his pick up.. bang he's in for a wild ride.

Any ideas/comment/feedback is highly appreciated. Now off I going playing victimized with him..

I say this as someone who wishes you the best--you're wasting your time if you think the cops or FBI care about this.

Have fun screwing with the a-hole but don't expect any help from the authorities even if you essentially hand them the guy on a silver platter with a ton of evidence. It may help you win a civil suit, but criminally the odds of anything happening to this guy is slim.

There are other routes to go besides the FBI or police.

The consumer affairs division of your Attorney General's office would probably help you with your scam. It is pretty easy to file a complaint.

Also, a complaint to Craig's List would get the poster shut down, until they signed up with a new identity.
