I know clicks from countries that are not targeted by the advertiser will yield much less than if the click was made from the US for example. BUT, can it be less meaning zero dollars!!no earnings at all!!!!. Can one get 20 clicks and zero earnings because of this??

It didn't happen to me , I just thought of the idea and it's terrifying!!

Thats most likely just invalid or repeated clicks

no ,no , lol , I told you it didn't happen to me or anyone else. I was just thinknig of making a site whose target will be non-americans, non-europeans . So was wondering will i ever get an earning from adsense there. I know it will be much less than if the target were americans. But just thought , could it that they do not pay a cent at all for theses non-american clicks!!>?!

Of course you will make some money, Adwords is available everywhere, so there are advertisers from many many countries, but they probably spend much less on advertising, no one can match a US publisher ad budget, especially since the US still dominates e-commerce.

    Clicks yielding zero= invalid clicks

Mini CPC on Adwords is 5 cents for all advertisers.

If an advertiser targets only the US his ads will show only to visitors from US and will not show for visitors from other countries, eg. advertisers can make two ad campaigns one that targets only US with a higher CPC and the other targets other countries he choose with lower CPC

Invalid or not I dunno, but I had series of 5 clicks == $0 and it wasn't me clicking, nor family or friends... so it happens.

agree, most likely it is invalid. Adwords users can tell us if there is an option to accept countries clicks only.
