Can individual posts be rated in vbulletin 4?

    According to vbulletin's site vbulletin 4 has "Post Rating"

    Does it mean individual posts can be rated?

    I don't see any such feature on this forum.

    Well, sort of they can via the reputation system, but it's not publicly seen if that's what you are looking for.
