Can Indians now send funds from Paypal after verifying Indian bank ?

    Hi guys,

    Have not used paypal since 2009. Although I used it from 2004 to 2009. Can somebody tell me if we verify our account via bank and not by credit card.. still we can send funds to other paypal?

    Or we still need credit card to add to paypal and then only we can send funds?

    Indians can send funds only using CC to other paypal users (not indian paypal account users).

    As you are indian, after verification of your paypal you can send funds to non-indian paypal account via your CC. There is no way to send funds to other Indian Paypal account.

    Necessary Steps :

    1) Verify PAN
    2) Add bank account and verify
    3) Add cc and verify.

    Send and receive payments (only abroad) :)
