Can Indian Paypal user pay to another Indian user of Paypal

    Just wanted to know that, can an Indian Paypal user pay/send money to another Indian through Paypal?

    if you added credit card in your paypal then you can pay it...otherwise NO.

    No. From indian paypal account to another indian paypal account transfer is not possible anyway.

    In India direct money transfer from PayPal balance to another PayPal was banned by RBI in March 2011. You will need credit card to transfer money through PayPal now.

    You can go for direct bank deposit or EFT.

    Yes, you can definitely pay to Indian PayPal user but payment will go through your credit card not PayPal balance.

    Have you tried it yourself now ?? As far as i know its not possible through any way using paypal.

    I'm from India and one DP member from India paid me via Paypal.
    Payment status: Completed
    The PayPal balance was auto withdrawn. Is there any problem will arise when Paypal check this to transfer to my bank account?

    Paypal changed a few rules for Indian users and you cannot pay to an Indian user anymore if you are also an Indian using paypal. You should look for other options like NEFT, etc.

    According to new policy changes indian paypal cannot be used to send money to any account, you have to withdraw to bank and you have to use CC to send payment to another paypal users

    You are not allowed to either use paypal balance or CC money to pay to Indian users through paypal. There is no way to make Indian to Indian Paypal account transaction however you can use CC money to pay International seller through Paypal. You can't use paypal balance to pay International seller as well.
