    You won't be able to do so until you add a CC to your paypal account
    Sending option in paypal has been limited now and in order to send funds you need to add CC
    the funds will be taken from CC and not from paypal balance

    I think you can contact paypal people to check if its possible but personally i think this system is not being introduced.

    I think you need to contact directory owner and ask for ECS (bank) instead of subscription (paypal) :p

    i have tried adding V.C.C and all that stuff but it didn't work and after that i have contacted PP phone support
    I have talked with PayPal phone support yesterday and they said its not possible to send funds to an Indian PayPal account through PayPal
