Buying Can imitating visitors browsing your site help with SEO?

    Is it true that real visitors from real sources, visitors who browse through pages etc.... can help with Google positions?

    I understand that there bots that visit your site from different IPs and making it look like these users browse through pages and scroll up and down etc....

    Will that help with organic Google positions? If you can prove that this is working method I am willing to pay.
