Can image on a site considered as copyrighted

    Actually you've posted on the wrong forum. "Copyright" or "Legal" would have served you better. But you are setting yourself up for grief if you post images that are trademarked. However you could always ask "permission". Sometimes you'll get the green light for free,as some entities consider it good advertising for them.
