    Can I display amazon, commission junction, azoogle along with google adsense? Will I be banned for doing this?

    Yes you can display them along side adsense. You won't be banned but be careful with too many ads because your site will look spammy and can lose rankings in the search engines and turn off visitors.

    Yes you can. Only make sure they are distinguishable from each other.

    At least make your Adsense ads apart from others in style and position, because those guys at Google view themselves pretty unique as well as different from other IT firms and thought hey, we are the best, so none of you are allowed to be the same with us, WITH US!!..

    You can use affiliate programs on your page and also can you PPC like chithika, kontera.. but any other PPC service that looks likes adsense is against TOS..

    You can display all kind of ads along AdSense as far as they are not contextual and don't feel & look like AdSense ;)

    You can. Google has lifted its restriction even from displaying other contextual networks.
