1.Does Paypal allows to withdraw money in Bank Of India?........I know the NEFT IFSC code fot my branch but I don't know whether Payment withdrawal works with Bank Of India or no.
2.My paypal account is not verified....I mean I have given them my mobile number & PAN number but I have no credit cards added in my paypal account.......Still I can withdraw money?

No problems at all. PayPal will send money to your bank. You can withdraw comfortably.
